Sharlu Melville
Sharlu Melville has sung with the Bach Society Houston since 2000 and traveled with the Bach Choir to Germany in 2001. She received her music degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. She studied with Grant Williams who believed in developing the natural voice of a singer. She has sung professionally in the Houston area for many years and continues to participate in other projects within the Houston choral scene as time permits. Currently she lives and works in Katy, TX with her husband who is a freelance jazz trombonist. She enjoys reading, cooking, and vacations near the beach.
