About this Series
Bach’s works for small ensemble or solo instrument were originally heard in the intimate setting of a court chamber or a private home. The Chamber Music series is presented in the parish hall at Christ the King Church. With its vaulted wooden ceiling and slate floor it provides a superb acoustical environment, a physical proximity, and a direct communication between performer and listener that transforms the chamber music experience.
